It was a form of artistic expression, creativity, meditation and freedom I had not experienced in my corporate working environment over the last decade. My professional background is in film and entertainment, my love for film & television and movie magic is a long sustaining passion that carried over a decade of working in the entertainment industry on an international scale. While working in entertainment and running my own calligraphy business are very different things, the coordination and multitasking aspect is surprisingly similar.

As my passion and skills for calligraphy expanded, I pivoted doing calligraphy as a hobby into a business to provide professional in-studio commission work and onsite live calligraphy services, and it has now flourished beyond what I could’ve imagined. 

One of my proudest niche and speciality skills is Chinese calligraphy, which I can incorporate into any of my services and brand activations. Originally from Taiwan, I began a very classic Chinese calligraphy training from the age of 12 and went on to win many national Chinese calligraphy awards in Taiwan. Little did I know that I would one day incorporate this skill into my creative business! 

I reside on the westside of Los Angeles, California with my talented husband who is an amazing Hollywood composer, and our affectionate cute little chihuahua, always scrapping for our leftovers. We are Disney lovers and the biggest John Williams fans! We enjoy spending our time keeping up-to-date with the contents of movies and filmmaking, and our favorite music to listen to are all kinds of movie soundtracks!
